24/7 Call Handling

We can now offer you the option of 24/7 live call handling.

Our standard hours of operation are; Monday to Friday (08:00 to 20:00) and Saturdays (09:00 to 17:00).

As an optional extra (additional charges apply) we can now offer 24/7 cover 365 days of the year.

So if you run a business which offers 24 hour support then this service is ideal for you!

Prior to commencement we will establish your call out escalation process and procedures. We will filter calls in any way you wish - screening calls so that your on duty contact is not unnecessarily disturbed.

For example, the call filtering process can be structured to ensure only your clients with the appropriate service level agreement are connected to your on duty engineer.

In addition, if you have a specialist in a certain discipline or region we can also ensure calls will be routed directly to that person.

If your on duty team are unable to respond then we can then follow a pre defined escalation procedure.

We will create bespoke out of hours call handling procedures to meet with your precise requirements prior to commencement.
